Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy

• 75% deposit is required to secure a booking
• 100% payment is required before check-in

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation of the booking 3 days or less before the time will result in the forfeiting of the entire deposit
• Cancellation of the booking 14 days or less before the time will result in the forfeiting of 70% of the deposit
• Cancellation of the booking 30 days or less before the time will result in the forfeiting of 50% of the deposit

Check-in and Check-out Policy

• Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm, unless otherwise arranged and agreed
• Check-out is between 7am and 10am, unless otherwise arranged and agreed

General Policy

• You are entering the premises at your own risk. Please note that you are in a natural environment where there are various forms of wildlife including snakes, scorpions, jackals etc.
• Guests are advised to conduct themselves responsibly taking the natural factors into account
• No smoking allowed in the rooms / buildings
• No loud music will be tolerated at any time of the day
